Sabadell Bank
Banco de Sabadell offers an account for non-residents called Key Account, which allows you to have a credit card and a debit card. You do not need a Spanish NIE (Foreign Identity Number) to open a bank account with Sabadell. The bank also has a help line in English. The non-resident account is not free but can be opened the same day. The account offers transfers in euros and a document translation service. However, you must wait up to 3 weeks to receive your card
